Maximum attention for the quality of products, the environmental impact of the activities and the safety of the workplace are three different aspects of one fundamental value: the respect we owe to those who work with us and for us - whether customers, partners or employees - and the territory that accommodates us.

The quality of products is a non-negotiable value: it is the foundation of our business and of our customers satisfaction, making us strong and competitive on the market. To ensure total control over this aspect, we have integrated quality management in every stage of the production process, from the time of development, until the finished product leaves our warehouse.  And we go even further: handling carefully and efficiently post-sale requests and messages is a priority.
We promote at all levels behaviours based on listening and being proactive, to prevent problems and defects, instead of allocating resources to solve them. Total quality and continuous improvement are the purpose and responsibility of all our employees.
Since 2005, our commitment in this area has been recognized by international bodies:   the Facet Quality Management System is certified ISO 9001/2015 and IATF 16949:2016. 

Every industrial activity has an impact on the environment and Facet is no exception.  In a global and local perspective of respect and preservation of the environment and natural resources, we take the responsibility to make our "weight" lighter and more sustainable: a commitment for which we have obtained the UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 certification.
Complying with local regulations is only the first, crucial step; assessing in advance the impact of the various production process stages represents one step further and of enormous importance.
The direct involvement of staff, customers and suppliers is the real key to build a truly effective environmental policy.

For this reason, we promote training activities and good practices, which positively influence our daily behaviour:  a simple gesture, like how to properly dispose waste, can contribute to create awareness, which then is applied at every level.
Coherent to this philosophy, we rely on certified suppliers for the management of waste and adopted in our plant a closed circuit system that allows the recovery and reuse of processing water. Our packaging is fully recyclable and the paper choice for catalogues is FSC certified.
But it is through our products that we can provide a real contribution to environment protection: quality spare parts, which last longer or improve vehicle efficiency, reducing consumption and limiting emissions, can significantly lower the level of pollution produced by cars.

Our employees dedicate each day their energies and expertise to satisfy customers and contribute to Facet development. For them, as for our partners and suppliers, we want to ensure a healthy, controlled and safe working environment: it is their right and a responsibility on which the company cannot give up, in respect of the individual and the community.
Promoting a safe and healthy workplace is not just about complying with the laws in force, but above all the commitment to an active way to prevent occupational accidents and diseases: we do preventive assessment of the impact of any new process and system installed and regularly train our staff on these topics.
The OHSAS 18001: 2007 certification testifies the continued commitment of the management, of the Head of Security and of employees in this sense: an effort that counts for everyone.
